Lorenzo Nicoletti is the Food & Sweet chef de cuisine, a skilled maestro who creates a magic balance with flavours and colours, turning a dish of good cuisine into a unique masterpiece. During his ten-year experience, he wrote books for many haute cuisine publishing houses. In 2003 he received the award of Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana*.
